Running slowly for just 30 minutes really gets your metabolism going again - and if you`re RUNNING HEALTHILY - at the correct plus range - (breathe through your nose, don`t "pant") you`re not only burning fat, but you`re purposefully strengthening your muscles.

Doing it only makes sense, if you`re doing your program regulary and consistently.
